Both. We work with corporates and HR teams to manage employee housing, and also with individuals and families searching on their own.
What is the difference between temporary housing and traditional renting?
Temporary housing is flexible, fully furnished, and ready to move in, no long contracts or deposits. Traditional renting usually involves 12-month leases, deposits, and setting up utilities yourself.
